Glonghui April 26 丨 Jingji Financial International (01468pragmaticmadamedestiny.HK) Announcementpragmaticmadamedestiny, the Board is pleased to announce that all conditions precedent set out in the placing agreement (as revised and supplemented by the supplemental placing agreement) have been fulfilled and the placing was completed on April 26, 2024 in accordance with the terms and conditions of the placing agreement (as revised and supplemented by the supplemental placing agreement). A total of 1,525,992,613 placing shares (representing approximately 16.67% of the Company's issued share capital immediately after completion on the announcement date) have been successfully placed to no less than six placees at a placing price of HK$0.060 per placing share.
